Fees from 11 October 2021
Fees can be paid by cash or debit card. Or, in advance, by bank transfer.
CANCELLATION
We rely on clients cancelling in good time (at least 24 hours before) so that there is an opportunity to offer the appointment slot to someone else.
Clients need to stop eating at least 3 hours before an appointment and we need to give them proper notice of a cancelled slot becoming available.
GROUP BOOKINGS
For group bookings of 3 or more people, we require payment in advance by bank transfer . This is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the time of the appointment.
NOT ATTENDING AN APPOINTMENT
If a client doesn’t turn up for a booked appointment and hasn’t informed us at least 24 hours in advance, we are happy to book future appointments but will require payment in advance, by bank transfer.
